Celebrating Women’s Strength, Resilience, and Empowerment: A Message from Lifetherapy Founder Lynette Lovelace

At Lifetherapy, we believe International Women's Day is more than a celebration—it’s a reminder of the transformative power of supporting each other, embracing our strengths, and choosing kindness in every action. 

From the words of our founder, Lynette Lovelace, here’s a heartfelt message about the mission behind Lifetherapy, the power of self-care, and the importance of lifting each other up:

On International Women’s Day, I want to take a moment to celebrate the strength, resilience, and impact of women everywhere. This day is a powerful reminder of the importance of lifting each other up, creating opportunities, and choosing kindness in all that we do. My brand Lifetherapy has been the most beautiful gift, allowing me to connect with such incredible women— sharing, learning, and growing together. I am deeply grateful for the connections it has created.

My own journey—shaped by 15 surgeries and time spent with sick children in hospitals—taught me the power of mindset and self-care. It also reinforced my belief that women are capable of incredible strength, especially when we support one another. That’s why I founded Lifetherapy—not just as a self-care brand, but as a movement to help women recognize their own power to shape their mood, their day, and their future.

Self-care is not a luxury—it’s essential. I encourage everyone to take a moment each day to reset, recharge, and experience a little indulgence, even in the smallest ways. Whether it’s smoothing on a satin lotion, surrounding yourself with a scent from our collection and to "Choose Your Mood", or simply taking a deep breath to set your intentions, these small acts can transform your mindset and uplift your spirit.

Giving back has always been a core part of my mission. Through our “Called to Care” initiative, we actively support causes close to my heart, including breast cancer research and women’s charities. I believe that business should be a force for good, and I’m committed to ensuring that Lifetherapy continues to uplift and empower women in meaningful ways.

I am also incredibly proud to mentor, employ, and work alongside so many talented women. It’s an honor to create opportunities where women can thrive both professionally and personally. Seeing Lifetherapy products in Kohler Spas ~ my Midwestern roots, Hotels throughout the US and boutiques worldwide is a reflection of the impact we can have when we believe in ourselves and each other.
