Lifetherapy Positivity In Color Bracelet Red

By Lynette Lovelace, Lifetherapy

Seeking strength, determination, and passion in your life? Just add a little red to express energy and enthusiasm. The color red is a stimulating and exciting color; allow it to remind you of your own vibrance!

It is said that painters use red as a chef uses spice. Red can increase the heart beat, pulse rate, and the respiration rate of its viewer. It is enticing to the eye and is often the color associated with sensuality. Red is the color of our life sustaining blood, it is strong confident and commands attention. Red is also strongly associated with love and passion. Think valentines and I am certain red comes to mind.

In the study of meditation and the chakras, the color red is assigned to the Muladhara, the lowest part of the spine. This area is associated with balance and the issues of stability and survival. When this chakra is balanced and the energy is allowed to flow we are said to feel grounded, safe, stable and strong. If you are seeking strength and relief from anxiety add some red in your life to encourage action and confidence.
