Incidents/Injuries: Tests show the Recalled Products contain pluralibacter gergoviae causing foul smell. The firm has received no incidents involving harm or injuries. One incident involving foul smell was reported. In no instances did the safety fail. No injuries have been reported.

Remedy: Customers should stop using the above mentioned body washes and lotions, and return to point of purchase, or as provided below, for a refund or exchange. 

Return and replacement instructions:  Return to point of purchase, or contact us at recall@lifetherapy.com, or call 630-543-3434 with the lot number, product name and quantity returning.  We will also need your proof of purchase.  We will issue you a return label and  at your choice, either refund for the amount of your purchase, or an exchange of another product of Lifetherapy of equal or lesser value.  Registered consumers will then receive instructions to return the product to the Lifetherapy Corporate Offices at 1035 West Fullerton Ave., Addison, IL 60101.
