If an item purchased on www.lifetherapy.com has not met your expectations or was damaged or defective, you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase. An exchange credit will be isued to you and must be used within 90 days. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your credit. We will inspect the returned product(s) and will issue an exchange credit.
For a merchandise return, please follow this procedure:
Package your return in a way to ensure safe transportation and ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) and ship to:

Please, include a copy of your invoice (invoice was in the box with your item).
If your return was a gift, or you do not have your receipt, you will receive a Lifetherapy web site credit equal to the amount of the product(s) being returned, at the time of the return, minus any shipping and handling charges. This web site credit can be used online at www.lifetherapy.com towards the purchase of any product on our site.
If you received damaged merchandise please contact email@example.com with your contact information and order number.
- Damaged/defective items must be reported to us within 3 days of initial receipt of order by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. If you receive a damaged item, we will ship you another item upon receival of the damaged item from you. We will also be reimbursing your shipping charges for returning it. The same is applicable for wrong items received.
- We will not exchange or provide an online store credit for any merchandise received more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If you purchased the Lifetherapy product at one of our retailers, please return the item to that retailer.
